2. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. Maison Aristos serves a global clientele. We partner with specialized fine art and design couriers to ensure seamless international delivery, with the same discretion and care we provide locally.
3. Are delivery and installation included in the price?
Delivery and installation fees vary based on location and scale. Every element—from logistics to placement in your residence—is carefully calculated and transparently detailed in your custom quote.
4. Will my piece be insured in transit?
Without exception. All Maison Aristos shipments are fully insured from the moment they leave our studio until the piece rests, installed, in your home.
5. Can I commission a bespoke design?
Yes. Select clients may request custom dimensions, rare material pairings, or exclusive variations. Commissions are considered individually to ensure alignment with our philosophy of excellence and permanence.
6. What if an issue arises during delivery?
In the rare event of damage, we handle every step directly. Our shipments are insured, and our artisans oversee any refinishing or reconstruction required, ensuring your piece arrives in its intended form.
7. Do you provide care or maintenance?
Our works are crafted for permanence and require little intervention. However, we provide detailed care guidance and can recommend trusted specialists should restoration ever be desired.
